We grind everything fresh, daily, and do not use anything pre-ground, as well as using natural hickory smoke on all of our smoked products so that you are receiving the highest quality products daily.

We are federally inspected by the USDA (united states department of agriculture) inspectors daily, Monday thru Friday, to make sure our facility and product standards meet or exceed those of the USDA.
